Return/Refund policy

IMPORTANT: A Return/refund should be requested within 2 days of receiving the product. Any return or refund request after 2 days of product delivery will not be accepted. Pellets cannot be exchanged with other pellets or refunded, so kindly select the correct size of pellets before purchasing.

Return policy.

A return policy will be implemented under three scenario
Exchange: Your order will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different size or color
Replace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or spoiled) or defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work) or is not as described
Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred size or color or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to you

Process of refund

In case you have received our product and want to request a refund due to some unfortunate reasons
1. you need to send us a refund e-mail describing the reason behind it.
2.you have to ship us back the product in a good condition, with the invoice and original packaging.
3.That’s it . just wait for the package to reach us, once it gets delivered to us you will receive the payment within 3-7 working days.

NOTE:- Refunds are provided after deducting the shipping/packaging charges.

FAQ

When will I get my money back?

Your money will be credited within 7-12 working days from the time we receive the returned product in our warehouse.

Its been almost a week since I requested a refund. I’ve still not seen it hit my bank account?

This would happen either because your product has not reached our warehouse or your bank account details were incorrect. In either scenario please contact us immediately.we completely understand your anxiousness and we want you to transact with us again, so we will do our best in ensuring your money reaches you.

I don’t have a bank account and I want the refund money by cheque. How and when can I get it?

We don’t process refunds in form of cheque or DD. Please provide a friend’s or family members bank account for us to process the refund.
